Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw almonds or pre-roasted almonds
  • 2 tablespoons tamari sauce use gluten-free tamari for a gluten-free snack
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or Using sesame oil for a nutty taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional, for an added savory kick
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika optional, for extra flavor
  • Salt to taste optional, depending on how salty you want them

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Prepare the Almonds: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the raw almonds, tamari sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir well to coat the almonds evenly.
  • Roast the Almonds: place them on a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer. Roast them for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and fragrant. Be sure to stir the almonds halfway through to ensure even roasting.
  • Cool and Serve: Once done, remove the almonds from the oven and allow them to cool completely. As they cool, the almonds will keep becoming crispier.
